By accessing or using Litmus ("the Service"), operated by Naptown Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Litmus provides automated web accessibility scanning against the WCAG 2.1 Level AA standard. The Service crawls websites you submit, identifies potential accessibility violations using the axe-core engine, and generates reports with remediation guidance.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Automated accessibility scanning identifies a portion of potential WCAG 2.1 Level AA issues. Full WCAG conformance requires manual expert review and testing with assistive technologies. Litmus reports do not constitute legal advice or certification of ADA compliance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naptown Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Naptown Labs. Scan reports and data generated from your websites belong to you. You grant us a limited license to process your submitted URLs solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain anonymized, aggregated scan statistics.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
